I was diagnosed with MS in 1996, I often struggled to find an exercise that suited me. I had wanted to try Bikram yoga for a long time and approached the class with trepidation. From the get go I was hooked, my anxieties abated. The class instructors were welcoming, encouraging and understanding. It was clear they were there not just to guide you through your class but to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. I found Bikram Yoga completed my circle that allows me to live life to the fullest, in the best of health.

Our Team
Anne Marie is a fully accredited Bikram Yoga Instructor and director of Bikram Yoga D15. She works closely with her team of Bikram yoga teachers in order to offer her students a skilled and high-quality teaching experience in accordance to the series of Bikram yoga postures.
Frank has taught in Beijing, China, Grapevine, Texas, Ormond Beach, Florida and in Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts with the famous Bikram Yoga teacher mentor Teri Almquist. Since returning to Ireland Frank has been consistently teaching at Bikram Yoga D15.

Mary graduated as a certified Bikram yoga teacher in LA 2012 beginning her teaching career in Miami followed by Dublin before travelling all over Europe. She has enjoyed watching students of all ages light up from the practice of Bikram Yoga ever since.
