What is Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is a scientifically designed series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, in a class lasting 90 minutes. It is dynamic, exhilarating and fun!
We practice in a room heated to a temperature of 40 degrees C, which aids in warming muscles and increasing the extensibility of body tissues. This allows deeper stretching, and may help to prevent injuries. Toxins are released through the breath and through the skin by sweating.
