I was diagnosed with MS in 1996, I often struggled to find an exercise that suited me. I had wanted to try Bikram yoga for a long time and approached the class with trepidation. From the get go I was hooked, my anxieties abated. The class instructors were welcoming, encouraging and understanding. It was clear they were there not just to guide you through your class but to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. I have been practicing for just over two and a half years and in that time I have regained a full range of motion in my shoulders, knee, and back (almost there). I rarely suffer any back pain at all.
